Mail server disconnects

I see a lot of mail server disconnects while mailprint is trying to pull new emails
Error:
Error: Error connecting to server mail.XXX.com

I know ther mail server is find as my outlook doesn't error.

Please advice

Is this happening every time you try to connect or intermittently?

I have also noticed that the mail printer sometimes seems to hang and needs to be killed and restarted. after restart it resumes it printing

I think Outlook will behave slightly differently when it can't connect to the server, we always report an error in the log while Outlook will just silently ignore problems if it is checking in the background.

We don't have an immediate fix for your crashing problem, we are having some issues with two 3rd party libraries we use in Mail Print. These are both being replaced in version 2 which should be much more robust.
