Ron, Yes this is exactly what Mail Print was intended for. You probably need to start by setting up a mailbox for all the mail which needs to be printed. Then just configure Mail Print with the mailbox and printer details. Unfortunately you won't be able to fax, we don't have that capability yet.

Ron, Can you specify the subject of the email that you want to print? For instance... I get emails from my Paypal account which says 'Notification of Payment Received'and would love to send them immediately to the printer, but I do not want every email printed. Any way to do this? Also would like to exclude replies. Anyway to do this? PLease let me know if this possible before I download the product. Thanks!

Yes, if you download the beta version 1.07 then you can filter on the message subject. Tony

This is perfect for me. Is it possible *NOT* to have the 'From', 'Sent' 'To', 'cc' and 'Subject' printed?

There is a template file in the installation folder called template.txt, you can edit it with Notepad to remove any fields you don't need.
