Crash on priting attachment only

I downloaded the program and it printed the body of the emails just fine. When I tried to print the attachments only option it crashed the program when it started to print the first attachment. It never did print.

What type of attachment was it?

It was a tif file.

I also forgot to mention that it was the 1.30.1094 version. I tried uninstalling in and put in the standard release and now it says my trial expired and I only installed it on Friday.

If you open the Options dialog, select the Image Files tab and uncheck TIF/TIFF it should solve the crashing problem.

The same crashing problem cropped up on our system. I disabled TIF attachment printing and the problem went away... but what if I *want* TIFs to be printed? I was hoping to print arrived faxes as TIF attachments since PDF printing with Acrobat is not completely stable because of the PDF API bug.

That option doesn't change tiff printing, it just changes the code which handles the printing.

We have re-written the TIFF printing code for the next release.
