Mail Print locks up trying to print PDF's. Adobe Acrobat Error "Could Not Start Print Job"

I have MailPrint 1.3.1083. I have installed and have been using Adobe Acrobat Professional v.7.0.9. Recently Mail Print will lock up when trying to print attachments that are PDF files. I am running the software on SBS 2003 server SP2. I receive a pop up box from Adobe Acrobat with the error "Could not start print job". If I open Adobe Acrobat Pro. the attachment opens in the Adobe Program.

What has happened to cause this and what do I need to do to fix it?

Lou,

You need to make sure the option "Print PDF files using Acrobat COM interface" is selected.

We are having the same problem. Does anyone have a solution?
