Printing one PDF file, and then it stops

Hello Mailprint.

When we recive an eamil, it will print the attachment(PDF) out, but ít stops, because it opens Adobe, but do not close it!

What can be the problem?

The only real solution to this is to use the full version of Acrobat rather than just the reader.
