unable to set up new service
for some reason i can't even get stared i'm not very computer savy but if i had some help i think what you have to offer will be very valuable to my company

tony i've contacted you before and am still interested in trying to use you product. maybe you could look at what i've been trying to see if you can help i did plug in the info at the account info screen trying to set up 3-pop account or something like that.

Ron, I found your earlier message, I still think we need a little more detail. The first stage is to make sure you have a pop3 email account to print from,you will need to know the name, password and server name for this account. If you don't have this detail then your internet service provider should be able to give it to you. Next you need to start Mail Print and use the 'New' button on the toolbar to add an account, enter the pop3 details and select the printer you want to print your emails on. This should be enough to get started, Mail Print will check this accout for new messages every five minutes and print them out, just leave it running. Your 30 day trial will probably have expired by now, if this is the case then send us a message using the support form on the web site and we will give you an extension key.
