Printing problem

I recive invoices by mail as PDF-Files.
From one supplier, i do not get the invoice printed, only the header. Two of my supliers, are using the same system, but it do not print from one of them!!

Application does not support printto, using default printer
Error: problem executing print verb on file C:\docume~1\ADMIN~1\LOKALE~1\Temp\7749022007121, error: 1155

What can be the problem?

Error 1155 means you don't have an application installed which supports this file type. For PDF files you will need to install the full version of Adobe Acrobat to print these files.

Yes, but i recive mails from another company, with same pdf-system, and there are no problem with mails from them?

Can you get one of the errant emails sent to debug @ frogmorecs . com, then send a note to our support so we can check it out.

If anybody else has this problem it was caused by an unusual attachment format from BlueMail/400 software running on an AS400. Contact us on support for a fix.
