Automatic / Timed Checking
The service is not automatically checking. I have to click the "Check" button.
I just installed it today and I am using the trial. I need to see if it works before I register. Or is the auto check a licensed feature only??

Jason,
If you look in the status bar at the bottom of the window it shows the status of the service, it should be running. If it is paused you can start it with the resume button on the toolbar.
Also note the log window is a live view, leave it open to see all the checking messages.

Nope. Still not checking. Still have to trigger it with the toolbar button at the top of the monitor.

Can you send your mpconfig.xml and log.txt files to support at frogmorecs.com
You will find them in the folder \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Mail Print
Also can you let me know which edition of Windows you are running.
