authenticating pop server

from what i can figure i must be a subscriber although i've only requested to sample your product . to this day it has only printed out a fraction of my e-mails . every day when i start up my computer it has the mail print screenup that shows multilpe...multiple attempts at linking up to my pop server with apperatly no sucess ???????? what up with that? am i being monitored at all to see if i'm actually getting your best service?

Ron, What exact error message do you get in the log window? There is a diagnose function in the tools menu which records the conversation between Mail Print and your email server, can you record the session and send us the file? Also it might be worth upgrading to version 1.08, it has some small enhancements to the mail server code which fix a problem introduced by one of Microsoft's security fixes. Tony
