Email Log

Hi Tony One problem that we are having with Mail Print is the lack of email logging. If the program prints the email onto the local printer the email no longer seems to be available for viewing, as no copy is stored in the outlook express in box. We need to keep an electronic copy of our printed emails. Is this the way the program is supposed to work, or if not, where are the emails being stored. regards Nick

Nick, You can leave the emails on the server, in the account configuration uncheck the box labelled 'Delete mail after printing'. If you configure a similar setting in Outlook Express then both Mail Print and Outlook Express should get a copy of every mail. The only downside to this is the mail box will fill up, maybe Outlook Express can delete mail from the server after a fixed period? Mail Print doesn't keep the actual messages printed.
