Mail Print Problem

Mail print gets teh e-mail but does not print anythign bu blank pages. im using a hp laserjet 1000 on a hp desktop.

We have done some testing with this driver and it seems to be OK with Mail Print although we don't have a HP 1000 to check the final output. However after doing some research we have found a few people having problems with this model of printer producing blank pages. It seems to do this in particular if you have the wrong paper size set. Check it is correct in the account settings in Mail Print. It's also worth downloading the current version of the printer driver from the HP web site as a number of problems have been fixed.
