Can Mail Print print embedded images ?

Mail Print seems to print HTML emails ok except for embedded images. Have I set it up wrong or is this not supported.

There is some limited support for embedded images, if you are having problems can you send a sample message to our test email address: test@frogmorecs.com and we can check it out.

Sorry, After some more intensive testing it appears that embedded images (multipart linked by cid) are working OK. It's linked images (ie the source is an internet URL) that are not printing.

I'll put this on the list of new features, I guess we will leave it off by default though as it does have some privacy implications.

Has any progress been made with regard to handling linked images? This is the only factor stopping us from purchasing this software. We want to use the software to output highly formatted orders from online purchases. The email that is received contains heavy html formatting, and the blank gifs are unfortunately needed to keep the formatting. When they are removed, Mail Print loses all of the table formatting. Thanks.

Actually, I've just had an idea. Presently the broken link shows up as a broken link icon that is stretched to the dimensions of the image that woould have been there, were linked images supported. Since I need a blank space to appear, if I could simply replace the broken-link image with a 'blank' broken link image, my problem might be solved. I know it's a bit retarded a method, but well, you know. Any idea where your app pulls the broken image icon from?

It's on our list of features to add but I can't give you a release date at the moment. The icon is embedded in the executable so you won't be able to change it.
