What happens to the Emails?
Is it possible that a POP3-Client like Outlook get the Emails from Mail Print after printing? Where are the Emails stored?

Mail Print doesn't keep a copy of the emails but you do have the option of leaving them on the server. If you tell Mail Print not to delete them then setup Outlook to leave them on the server for a couple of days before deleting it should all work together nicely.

Thanks for the fast reply. I have solved this problem, but there are two new problems: 1.) A email with a attached .TIF-file couldn´t be printed and I get the following error: 'unknown field with tag 292 (0x214) ignored' 2.) I have tried to run Mail Print as a Service on a Windows Server 2003 (with 'srvinstw.exe' from the Resource Kit), but that won´t work. Is there a resolution for this problem?

Are you using the internal handler for the TIFF files or an external application? This is the option on the last tab of the options dialog. You will have problems running with srvinstw.exe because we store the settings in a the users area of the registry. You might have more success if you run the service under an account where Mail Print has already been setup. Also be aware that you probably will not be able to reach network attached printers. Diagnosing any problems might be difficult as well.

Printing a .TIF-Attachment with an external program works - Thanks for your advice. Setting up Mail Print as a service with an user- and not the system-account with 'srvinstw.exe' results in an 1053-error (timeout) when starting the service.

When starting your service make sure you don't have another instance running in the foreground, Mail Print only allows one instance to be running. It also might be worth setting the service so it can interact with the desktop.
