Subject filters

I am new to this program and need some help. I don't know how to put multiple filter words into the area that allows me to put the expression(s) that I want to be allowed to print. I have tried it a couple of ways. One day it will work and the next day it won't. I also have a couple of address in the section for them and sometimes they don't work either. Another problem I have encountered is an error when Mail Print is trying to check the server and nothing has been changed.

If you want to use more than one expression in the filter then you need to use the vertical bar |

For example to allow any message with the words "Print" or "Urgent" you would use the expression: Print|Urgent

Its important to remember if you have any email addresses/domains listed then any messages are checked against the allowed email addresses / domains AND the subject.

What error do you get when checking the server?
